Research and development advantages

In the design of CSP LED, we need to comprehensively consider multiple factors, including chip structure, packaging materials, heat dissipation design, optical control, etc. By optimizing these factors, CSP LED can achieve higher light efficiency, longer lifespan, and better stability, thus exhibiting better performance in practical applications

Better performance

Adopting the copper pillar structure Flip Chip developed by Aucksun specifically for CSP LED, the back of the chip is wrapped with white glue through technologies such as white glue coating, solving the hidden danger of blue light leakage. Innovative reflective cavity structure improves LED output efficiency.
