A1313 CSP adopts Flip Chip, independently developed by Aucksun, a high brightness, low-power CSP LED specially designed for car HUD backlight, which can achieve high quality, high brightness backlight effect. The CSP LED has a smaller luminous surface and lower package height, making them more advantageous for secondary light distribution of lenses compared to traditional automotive HUD backlight packages such as 3030 and 3014.
