  • Customer complaint closed-loop management

    Continuously follow up on customer complaint issues until the case is closed, establish a customer complaint exception closure follow-up form, and ensure that problems do not occur again.

  • Quick response mechanism

    Regardless of the major or general issues complained by customers, they will be handled according to the customer complaint management procedure. Temporary measures will be taken within 8 hours, and the first 4 Ds will be given within 48 hours.
